Day 0 and Day 1 in Hongkong!
All right. I guess it's time for me to blog about the trip haha. You guys must be wondering what is Day 0. Well, Day 0 is the day before Day 1! Haha...it's actually the preparation stage at home.
I was to fly off to Hongkong on 6th Dec but the thing was that I worked on the 5th and in the end, I only got to pack my luggage once I finished BS on Wednesday. I rushed back, anyhow crunk in my things and went to sleep. So cool...wahaha. After everything was done, I went to sleep at 1.30am.
After some turnings here, turnings there, I woke up at 5am. Yes you saw that right, 5am. Simply because I got to reach the airport by 6.30am as the flight was at 8.30am. And with that, this concludes my Day 0!
Skipping all my experiences at the airport over at Singapore and Hongkong, just jump straight into my first place of visitation, Disneyland!
For those who do not know, Disneyland in Hongkong, is the smallest Disneyland in the whole world! What a better place I could go to. Anyway, after touching down at airport, I went over to Disneyland Hollywood Hotel.
The funniest thing was that the hotel was not in Disneyland and people had to take a shuttlebus to reach Disneyland. Some smart thinking over there yeah

Enough pictures and talking, let's talk about Disneyland! Actually I was quite "sianz" to go there because I feel it kinda kiddy. Can you imagine me hugging a Micky Mouse? Or even hearing Donald Duck talking in Cantonese. That's just plain gross. -_-
The first attraction you will see is a fountain. I was awed when I saw it, it was totally awesome! Imagine all the cartoon characters you grow up watching and they are on a fountain! Not just any, but the fountain was beautifully made, with very good quality.

After going pass the fountain, then you will see the gate to Disneyland. Yup, the things I mentioned beforehand were not in Disneyland itself but outself. Behind the gate, there is a medival building with a steamtrain just below it and further down, it has a garden of Mickey's face on it.
As you walk, you enter into a town centre, something like what you see in the movies or when you play Disney games. (There are Disney games for adults.)
The first building I entered into was a museum of Disney. In that building, it shows the history of Disney, the purpose of having Disneyland, and some really unique scruptures.

After walking down a stretch of shops, my family saw something. Something that will shock you, peritfy you, humble you, humiliate you. Ok, think I'm going overboard with words haha. It's....Cinderalla's carriage and Snow White's castle! You know, the castle they always use before the start of the movie?

Starting to remember something. Yes that right! You got it!
The funniest thing was that deja-vu happened! Man, it really must be God's plan for my family to go there. For those curious what it is about, it is a theatre that shows 3D effects right in front of your face. In order to view it, you got to wear a pair of glasses they have provided. In the show, you can see Donald Duck flying from far far away and straight into your face! The interesting thing was that not only it was 3D, it also make use of the environment to make you feel like you're in the show.
At about 6pm, they have a mini event over at the castle as they will fire some fireworks and then light up one castle on a rhytme. The main event was at 8pm, over at the castle again. This time, they combined the fireworks, lightings, and music together. The syncronization of all 3 elements were almost prefect.

Here are some photos of the hotel room.

The funny thing was that I was proofed so wrong once I reach the place. The place was so beautiful.
I think it's an understatement haha. The weather now over there is cooling and it really brings out the atmosphere. Once arriving, you will have to walk a really really really long straight path in. Though it was long, it feels like you are in another world, in fantasy world if I must say. It feels so mystical, so cool.

After that, I bumped into a funny looking place to say the less, but I decided to go in.

There was one part whereby it was showing the candlestand from Beauty and the Beast singing, "Be our guest". For those who don't know what it is about, I think you need childhood haha...just joking. While they were singing, the campaign bottles began to pop out in the movie. However to enhance the effect, they will have very strong air flying pass you on both sides, and adding a scene of campaign inside the air. Then there was another part it was about water and they starting to spinkle and splash water on us!
After the whole show, we proceeded for a ride called "Jungle River Cruise". At this ride, basically it just brings you around the river and some fake animals or humans moving around. It was kind of boring, but I kept on laughing. Why? Because of the guide on the boat! I opted for English instead of Chinese and Cantonese version. It was totally hilarious when Hongkongers speak in English wahaha. And he was so lame. In fact, everyone in the boat was laughing because of him. It's a pity that I forgot to take his photo.

And that's it! Once the fireworks is over, the park is offically closed. Now it's time to say goodbye....

When we reached the hotel, we decided to freshened up ownselves and then go down to take a walk and take photos.

And this concludes Day 0 and Day 1. Hope it didn't bore you in any ways!

Hongkong!!
My last post before I fly off to Hongkong! Muawahaha...cya all next week! Don't miss me! Meanwhile, enjoy this song which I love alot.
One Thing
One thing I desire.
One thing I seek.
To gaze upon Your beauty.
Your majesty.
God of my salvation.
Lifter of my head.
Teach me how to live oh Lord.
In Your righteousness.
So I pray to You.
So I pray to You.
Lord Your Name is higher than the heavens.
Lord Your Name is higher than all created things.
Higher than hope.
Higher than dreams.
The Name of the Lord.
In the day of trouble.
You cover me.
In the secret place of refuge.
Lord I will sing.
I will seek Your face.
Call upon Your Name.
Jesus. All I want is You.
Jesus.

Faithful
Just want to share something since it has been a long time since I have updated my blog and also I'm gonna leave for Hongkong soon!! But first, let's take a look at a lyrics of a song.
Lord of all the earth.
How You care for me.
You have made me.
You will save and carry me always
You are faithful.
You are faithful.
You are faithful.
Your joy is my strength.
Lord You are my guide.
I rely on You.
I put my hope in things not seen.
Yourr promises all true.
Always You're with me.
Your hand will lead me.
My trust is in Your name.
Always You're with me
Your hand will lead me.
My trust is in Your Name.
This song talks about faithfulness. Anyway for those who have not bought Saviour King by Hillsong, repent now and buy!! Haha just joking. Back to serious note.
In our church, many people always say that FAITH, stands for, Forsaking All I Trust in Him. So very often we talk about how we must, despite our doubts, trust in God.
But many people missed out one key point as well. God is faithful as well! This means God is forsaking all to trust you! Whatever promises or vision you have recieved, God trust you. Essencially, because God trust you to fulfill these promises, He gave them to you. Whether He has called you into full-time ministry, a leader or a marketplace changer, God trust you. Which is why He gave you that vision.
When you start to realize God's love and trust for you, your life will change for the better.
Hope this has blessed you.
