I'm Calling
Here's the lyrics:
I'm not here to comprehend
I'm not trying to pretend
That all these shiny things
In life can bring the happiness that I crave
Help me Lord to stand my ground
Help me never to back down
On what I know to be the
Truth and faith in all that I believe
You're my grace (You're my grace)
I'm calling, I'm calling out Your name
I'm running faster straight to where You are
I'm falling deeper in Your love
Help me find my way
To bring glory to Your name
I'll live for You in all I do
I'll walk with You through all
The storm that crashes over me
And walk out with the faith that I believe
You're my redemption
You're my King
Your passion for me is
The strength I have to face this crooked world
For You have died to set us free
You're my faith (You're my faith)
Jeremiah 33:3 says that "'Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.'"
What are you waiting for? Let's call out to Him, and run to where He is. A heart after Your heart.

Tribes by Seth Godin

For those looking for a great book to read, this got to be the one. Here are some quotes that are from the book.
"Without leader, there are no followers. You're a leader. We need you."
""Good enough" stopped being good enough a long time ago. So why not be great?"
"The essence of leadership is being aware of your fear (and seeing it in the people you wish to lead). No, it won't go away, but awareness is the key to making progress."
"What people are afraid of isn't failure. It's blame. Criticism."
"If the only side effect of the criticism is that you will feel bad about the criticism, then you have to compare that bad feeling with the benefits you'll get from actually doing something worth doing."

The Boy Who Lost His Fishing Rod
Some of you might have heard or read of this verse in the bible.
The verse in Psalm 23:4 goes like this: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me."
Here's what BBE (Big Bird Edmund) got to say to me in msn, "Hmmm u steal the fishing rod ar? No wonder the guy in ur display pic so feel so disturbed! cuz his rod that comfort him has lost! lol."
Once again, the quote of the day was brought to you by BBE.

Personality Test
For those who are interested, you can go and do the test! For those of you who are curious, I got INFJ, which stands for Introverted Intuition Feeling Judging. The full explaination is too long to blog so here's the link for what it really is! http://www.mypersonality.info/personality-types/infj/
The interesting fact is that about 1% of the population belongs to INFJ and only 0.5% of the male population belongs to INFJ. Hohoho....
Anyway it's a test, so don't take it too overly seriously about it. =)

24th Birthday Celebration
On Thursday, I celebrated my birthday with the dearest and bestest VIP!!
On Friday, I went to celebrate birthday with my family over at Dempsey Hill over at a restuarant called "Prime Society". The atmosphere and decorations were fantastic! A definitely good place for those who are particular about this aspect.
After having the main course, we went down to "P.S. Cafe" down the road for cakes and teas. It was delicious! The White Choco Coffee Brownie is a must to have! Absolutely a must to try. Here are the photos! The last photo is a photo of the cake my sister baked for me.
On Saturday, went out with a few people from church and got some forfeit. But I'm definitely not posting the mini forfeit here. Here are the pictures!
This year I have received quite abit of gifts and cards and just want to mention one card in particular. What's so special about this card? It's because of the words inside really encouraged me. None other by those in VIP! Thank you so much! Think you guys should be able to look at the words if zoomed in.

Random of The Day

Big Bird is a full-body Muppet, featured on the children's television show Sesame Street, which airs on PBS. He is sometimes referred to as "Bird" by his friends.
Officially performed by Carroll Spinney since 1969, he is an eight-foot two-inch tall bright yellow bird. He can roller skate, ice skate, dance, sing, write poetry, draw and even ride a unicycle. But despite this wide array of talents, he is prone to frequent misunderstandings, on one occasion even singing the alphabet as one big long word, pondering what it could ever mean. He lives in a large nest behind the 123 Sesame Street brownstone.
Big Bird has been such a hit since the early days that one person I know personally, was deeply impacted by the Big Bird story. Not just any story, but the Big Bird Story. It was so impactful till the point whereby he started to be fantsinated about it, just like a little boy in front of the television. Such faithfulness and longing to see his idol has won him a place in the Hall of Random of The Day. It is my biggest honor to present to you, the greatest Big Bird fan in the whole universe. Edmund Saw!
